Let the hormones begin

Had my first full-on pregnancy meltdown last night. We were happily watching my favorite show, The Office, and it got to the end where Michael proposed to Holly. That of course made me teary and then it hit me that Steve Carrell will be leaving the show. We're talking full-on heaving, snot-filled sobbing. Meanwhile Spencer is laughing hysterically and trying to comfort me all at the same time. I literally told him that I don't want to live in a world where "that's what she said" isn't around anymore. He promised we would keep it going.

Looking at the clip today I don't have nearly the reaction as I did last night. But hey, Spencer got a good story out of it. He said it's like every movie and tv show about pregnant women that he's ever seen. Glad I'm not disappointing him.

**UPDATE** Since I originally wrote this post, there have been many hormonal break-downs. I cried saying goodbye to one of my doctors who released me, sobbed during the last two Michael Scott episodes of The Office, and have cried during several other insignificant tv shows, movies and commercials. Doesn't take much to get the waterworks going these days. Poor Spencer. He's routinely asking me if I'm crying. :-)
